2009 MVTPC SHOWCASE- 86 TEAMS READY TO SHINE!
Plans are being finalized for the finest “Showcase” on record. Teams are in the process of submitting their Writing Templates and will be sharpening their presentation skills for the Tuesday, April 28th extravaganza. A final newsletter will be going out to Showcase Instructors on April 17th reminding teams of the final instructions and logistics. School administrators and parents are invited to attend the Showcase between the hours of 10 A.M and 11:30 A.M to view the vast array of projects. Free parking under Building 12 is available for all guests. School administrators are encouraged to attend, take photographs and communicate praise to the instructors and teams who have gone the extra mile to close a wonderful productive school year. This is an excellent opportunity to use this contextual “Capstone Event” to capture students in action for local media photographs and positive new stories. All participants will be receiving a memento for their participation and 65 judges from the Miami Valley business community will be evaluating the projects which will result in ribbon presentations. The Championship and Runners-Up Team from each pathway will be invited to the May 7th Executive Luncheon along with their instructors, administration and parents to receive beautiful trophy awards. All questions and can be sent to david.mcdaniel@Sinclair.edu.
