Description: This curriculum guide is designed to meet the needs of teens and those who communicate with them on a day-to-day basis. This program is divided into four competencies: characteristics of teenagers, listening skills, "I" messages, and problem solving. This unit could be adapted to other industry or occupational fields that include sensitivity training to enhance personal effectiveness.
