Sinclair CTAG Permission to Post Form

Completion of this form indicates your permission to post Ohio CTAG credit to your Sinclair Community College transcript. Providing your Sinclair Tartan ID and Ohio State School Identifier Number (SSID) are optional but will enable faster processing time.

Important:

• Earned CTAG credit is verified via Ohio Department of Education (ODE) records
• ODE records are updated as late as fall, which can delay verification of recently earned CTAG credit
• Please refer to CTAG Retrieval Process Database for posting CTAG credit to other colleges, or contact your college for guidance
