The Miami Valley Tech Prep Consortium believes support and encouragement of partner teachers is part of our job. Teacher Summits are an annual opportunity for career tech secondary educators to collaborate with college faculty and teachers in their pathway. Typically these meetings are held on the Sinclair campus during the Spring academic semester. Topics include updates on Sinclair and MVTPC processes, resources and programs, faculty participation to cover any anticipated changes to their courses for the next academic year, as well as ample opportunities for networking among regional CTE teachers, administrators, SCC faculty and staff.
At this time, our Spring 2021 Summit plans include two full-day Summits (dates below). Each day will involve specific pathways, allowing administrators to attend no more than two full days to gather information on all programs. The 2 full-day format will also allow for greater networking opportunities and collaboration among instructors.
